By booking our field you agree to all of our T&C.
Disclaimer – you as the owner are responsible for your dog/dogs. CDFA has no liability to injury loss damage or death.
Privacy policy –we collect basic data so that we know who is using/entering CDFA. We do not use or sell this to any 3rd party. We may send you messages/emails regarding events to do with CDP. By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions you are also agreeing to our privacy policy.
On arrival please park, unlock the gate and close the gate behind you, then the 2nd gate and close. Do not let your dog off of its lead until you are inside the Forest (2nd gate).
Please remember that it is a field and can get muddy, so please wear suitable footwear .
Please keep to your time slots. If you are late, you still need to leave at the end of your booked time. You have an extra 10 minutes at the end of your booked time to clean and tidy up the playfield as you found before the next visitor.
To reschedule an appointment you need to contact us 24hrs prior to your booked appointment. If your pooch is poorly 48 hrs prior to your visit, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. There is no equipment, but you are welcome to bring your own, just remember to take it back with you.
We welcome children but please remember it is for the dogs and there is a small lake. They are in your care and you are totally liable for them. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN ANY PART OF THE FIELD IT IS AGAINST THE TERMS OF OUR LEASE. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR DOG POO. Its not nice to leave it for someone else especially if children are around. Please leave the field as you found it. Take any rubbish home. For 6 dogs or more please contact us first. We welcome dog walkers but prior contact is requested. If you find any problems please contact us first before you put negative comments as it might be something that has happened and we didn't know about. We welcome constructive criticism and or ideas so we can improve CDFA for you and your dogs enjoyment. We are new so please be patient. The field IS checked daily, but if you do see something please let us know.
